In a playful mood – Nastya Kamenskikh has a string of hit songs and albums to her name
Born with a passion for music, Ukrainian singer Nastya Kamenskikh was always destined for a dramatic and celebrated life on the road. Having travelled extensively around Europe to receive a first-class education as a child, the dark-haired enchantress is today one of the most successful and attractive of all Ukrainian pop singers with a string of R&B hits and albums under her extremely trim belt. This summit of success has been reached due to her delectable good looks, hard work and superb education.
An only child of doting parents, Anastasia Oleksiyivna Kamenskikh was born in the Ukraine’s capital of Kiev on May 4, 1987. Having asked her mother to learn the piano at only 3, it was clear that Nastya was already dreaming about the stage and completely love-struck by music even in her early years.
The chance of a normal and settled upbringing soon vanished as she was uprooted at the age of 5 and sent by her ambitious parents to learn singing in France. This cross-border education continued for Nastya as she was then sent to Italy for seven years on a Latin childhood of discovery.
After this formative tour of Europe, Nastya returned back to her home city to attend Kiev’s Pechersk School International, followed by music school which she finished at the age of 15. It was during this time that her elegance and grace was polished to perfection by eight years of professional ballet classes. To complete her rich and potent education, Nastya finally graduated from the Ukrainian Cultural & Humanitarian Institute in Kiev, where all classes were conducted in English.

Musical partnership
The motivation and unique style gained from Nastya’s education and parental guidance gave her an incredible advantage when it came to her very first break.
She performed as a professional singer in 2004 at the Chernomorskie Igry Festival (Black Seas Games), a charity children’s festival held annually in Skadovsk on the Black Sea coast.
An adoring audience further propelled her career at the UBN Awards in London in 2005, where she was voted Best Newcomer of the Year.
After being signed by Ukrainian record company Music-Motors, Nastya hit a new level of creative genius as she partnered with top hit writer and singer Oleksiy Potapenko, better known as Potap. Together, the musical duo have released a succession of smash hit songs including Bez Lyubov (Without Love), Ikra (Caviar), Krepki Oreshik (Die Hard), and Hutoryanka (Farm Girl). This has led to the duet co-founding a new record label called Empire.

In 2008, Nastya caused a storm on the video to smash single Ne Para (Not a Pair) when she dressed as a lascivious Miss World, appeared gloriously naked and was seen erotically pole dancing.
