From the streets of Barranquilla and Cartagena down to Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte Carnival season thrilled Latin America once again.
A heap of entertainment made sure cities throughout Latin America were awash with passion and revelry. Some of the best events in Latin America are those in Brazil with the famous Rio de Janeiro Carnival, the Sao Paulo Carnival and the enormous street party in Bahia, the Salvador Carnival. One of the best aspects of these carnivals is the extraordinary women and their dancing talents.
It’s more of the same in Colombia especially during the Carnival de Barranquilla and the Blacks and Whites’ Carnival in San Juan de Pasto. In Uruguay beautiful women shimmied to the marathon 40-day Carnival of Montevideo. Meanwhile down in Argentina they enjoyed the Gualeguaychu Carnival that really got everyone’s booty moving.
